I'd really love to see Resolume change they way "Decks" work.

You should be able to save your "Decks" at the root of your
source folder. (or wherever you want for that matter)
You should be able to move your Vj folder to other drives and the decks within just move with them and retain the links.
The decks should "think" of themseves as being the root, instead of being in "My Documents/Resolume"
It's a must have for people doing allot of differnt gigs where they need to swap content allot or use multiple external drives.
Most peeps desperatly need better "Deck" managment in Resolume.
Who wants to keep re-building Decks??? Nobody thats who.
I have a bunch of great decks and I want to move the source folder to and external portable raid. Now I have to Re-build all those decks!!!! Maybe someone can make an external app to fix the links.
When file links are broken in some apps, you can just point them to the proper folder and they will re-link them. Sony Vegas does that.

you dont need to rebuilt your decks.
just make the same folder strukture on your new drive and rename the drive with the same letter.
for example L:\vjsets\moviefolder

But can you have two C: drives???
my C drive is where my source files are.

I still think being able to save a deck where the files are is better.
(or one directory up from the source folder)
You can have a folder d:\vjsets\boobs
........and save the boobs deck there.
then just move the boobs folder wherever you want.
You should be able to navigate to a deck file and open it.
You also should be able to fix broken file links.

but remember it for the future. maybe you want to use your external drive with different computers, wich already have a few drives.
so name your drive with videofootage somthing like T or X, with A-F you will get the same problems.
