How much will the upgrade be from v2.x to v3 ?

How much will V3 be straight out?

Should I wait for V3?
When will it be and what will it do anyway ?

we just released 2.4 and we still have some work to do on it.
So i would not wait for version 3 if i were you. Version 3 will not be released for a while and we haven't got a plan yet on what it is gonna look like (functionality etc).
