it's the most wanted feature I guess.

I've been obtaining some amazing mixes of layer effects and settings that couldn't ever reproduce.. I just see the recorded clip, and damn! I wish I could remember how!!

well... I should start taking screenshots as I usually have no time to write it down.

how do you guys work around this issue when working live, I mean, you cant write it down on paper/notepad and you have a terrible short-term memory ?

thats, why i do live video. its always different. i never can repeat a good session, i have to get inspirated again, to create something new, have a look in my big footage bank, oh theres some clips i never played. if i want to play the perfect video, i can play a dvd.
otherwise you are right.i cant be so difficult. in pilgim you can make kind of screenshots, where everything is saved, layers, modes effects and so on. if you create such an actibve group, you can asaign a key to it.
on the other hand, you will have to remember a lot of keys, wich key have i used for wich set ? you have to make notes again.
