I Need to mix live video..

Hi,
We are working on a special project for our school, and we need give a video show at a small venue.
I'm going to work on the theatre project for which I need to start in 1 minute clips (introduction) and +/- 8 minute loops (i'm going to mix in 2 live camera's in to the loop).
This is my equipment list:
2 x 3CCD DXC-D30 3CCD sony cams 2x CCU-D30 digital CCU's
1 x grass valey E101 component video mixer
1 x G4 iBook
1 x Allen and Heath 32 channel audio mixer
1 x 5000lux beamer....
What kind of software do I need to use and is it possible to mix in the camera images from the Grass Valley mixer inside the computer via an AV 2 firewire (DV) converter?
Any answers will be more then welcome!
