Convert a normal Input Image to a converted Output Image

Hello everyone,
I would like to add content to an sphere.
But if you output the content unconverted to the sphere, it is distorted on the sphere.

I think this can be built with Wire: 'The To Polar node allows you to convert cartesian coordinates to polar coordinates.'

If you find ISF code, which does this, you can use that in Wire.
