HW- solution for individually addressable and programmable LED strips

I need advice based on experience. I am considering controlling individually addressable and programmable LED strips such as WS2815 IC Programmable LED Strips with Resolume using DMX. But I need to know what is needed and where I can buy it, preferably in Europe. On Resolume's support pages, I see that the supported solution requires a PC with RJ45 connector, ethernet cable, art-net for DMX controller and a driver for the LED strips as well as power supply for the two devices. My question here is whether anyone can advise me on purchasing "a nice little DMX to Art-Net box" as well as an LED driver and pixel-addressable LED strips. I hope someone has their own positive experiences with a dealer of what is needed. Arduino is too complicated. Thanks in advance.
