A lot of content packs aren't fully downloading

eg. Burlesque Experiments
Hybrid Mashup etc
they have missing videos when I download the DXV versions with Alley or the zip files directly
sometimes Alley will say the expected number of files in the content pack, but some get stuck on pending. Direct downloading the zip files and expanding them, those same files are missing.
But downloading the H264 version (where offered) has the full pack.
Which gets me wondering
1 - possible to look into this? It's a shame if there's people buying and selling on your marketplace and not able to access what they paid for!
Some packs are missing like 4 videos, some are missing like half of them. (Burlesque is the worst for me in this regard)
2- if I download the H264 version and convert it myself, am I losing quality? or is this an efficient way to go about things if you have a decently powerful computer but are blessed with Australian internet speeds?
