Wire bug: Write Program Change has Program an Channel swapped

Using the example patch for "Write Program Change" node I observed that the channel number is sent as the data (program number) and the program number is sent as the channel number, see attached screen shot with the MIDI Monitor snooping on Wire's output.
Wire 7.21.3.38686, MacOS 10.15.7
