When I select clips on certain layers a clip on another layer is also selected? Is this a bug or have I somehow linked these layers together?

Here's a video to show the problem:

The clip ID-s might have got messed up somehow. (dealing with persistent clips?)
Try duplicating the deck, and remove the original, that should create new clip IDs in the new deck, and stop the double selection.
