Low fps after switch to win11

Hello,
We're experiencing unusual FPS behavior across all our Resolume projects. Despite having robust hardware, we're seeing performance issues with our setup, which includes:
5 FHD inputs with Blackmagic Quad
5 groups
4 FHD outputs
5 slices per output
Under Windows 10, we maintained a constant 50 FPS (German PAL standard) even under heavy load. Only when applying intensive effect stacks (like 5x Blur) would the FPS drop below 50.
However, after setting up fresh systems with Windows 11 (using the same hardware), we can barely maintain 50 FPS, even with just 5 active inputs and minimal effects. We've tested both dual-GPU and single-GPU configurations, but the issue persists. What's particularly concerning is that we're seeing identical problems on two separate machines.
We're wondering if anyone has encountered similar issues or if there might be specific Windows 11 settings we need to adjust.
Best regards,
