Resolume Arena 7.21.3 Crashes on MacBook Pro M4 Pro - Help Needed!

Hello everyone,
I’m encountering a frustrating issue with Resolume Arena 7.21.3 on my new MacBook Pro with the M4 Pro chip. Over the weekend, during a live concert show, the program crashed multiple times, and I didn’t receive any crash reports.
The crashes seem to happen every time I select specific decks (one deck per song), particularly when dealing with larger files. In the empty fields of the deck, the white loading bar appears but never disappears, and the program freezes.
The video files I'm using are a mix of formats, including DXV3, MP4, AVI, etc. I’ve tried rendering everything to DXV3 with Alley, but even with DXV3 footage (Footage from the Resolume shop), one of the decks still froze.
Has anyone experienced something similar or can suggest potential solutions? I’m not sure if the issue is related to file formats, the Seqouia MacOS, or something else entirely. Any tips or advice on how to avoid crashes would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for your help!
Regards René from Germany
