Resolume Roadmap?

Hey all,
I'm really considering purchasing Resolume, I've used a couple of trial versions and loved the software. However, I noticed that buying the software gets you free updates until the next major version. My question is, how far ahead of 2.4 is version 3.0 likely to be? I don't really mean in terms of time, but more in terms of how many revisions (2.x) there are likely to be after 2.4? I guess my problem is that 2.4 costs the same as did 2.0 did way back whenever, and someone who bought it at 2.0 stage got a good bit more value for money out of their purchase! So I just wanna know how many more revisions I'm likely to get before I have to pay out again for the next major version?
