NDI Inputs randomly showing up as offline in Arena in Sonoma on Apple Silicon

This is a relatively new Resolume set up that we are using at a smaller campus of our multi-site church. We use NDI in a few other applications and locations, but this issue seems to be specific to Resolume. We are running Resolume on a Mac mini M2 Pro with a Decklink Quad 2 card.
We are trying to get a lyric feed with an alpha channel from pro presenter over NDI. The pro presenter machine is on two networks, a Dante network (169.154.0.0/16) and the production network (10.125.1.101/16). The Resolume machine is on the lighting network (2.5.1.201/16), and the production network (10.125.1.151/16). All other network adapters on the Resolume machine have been removed, WiFi is off and always is off.
The issue is that the NDI sources in Resolume appear off-line at random. Sometimes, they go off-line in the middle of a production, sometimes a restart of the software fixes it, sometimes the entire machine needs to be rebooted, sometimes multiple reboots need to be done for it to appear online again. Keep in mind, that we have NDI video monitor also installed on the Resolume machine, and it consistently shows a video signal with no problem. As you can see with the IP address settings that I have listed above, the machines are in the same subnet, and have non-conflicting IP addresses (like I said, NDI video monitor gets a signal no problem). I have removed any and all unnecessary network adapters so that Resolume does not get confused as to what adapter it should should listen on, even after disabling the lighting network adapter, Resolume does not behave any better. Resolume also does not behave any better when the pro presenter machine is not on its Dante network. It is necessary in our set up that both these machines be connected to both these networks. I am not sure if it is relevant, but the multiple networks on each machine or achieve virtual interfaces and VLAN tagging. On both machines, the production network over which we are trying to send the NDI data is tagged into a virtual interface. Both the Dante and lighting networks are untagged packets using the "native" network adapter.
