resolumeVariables.fla - where did it go?

The manual mentions resolumeVariables.fla file as an example to get started writing flash-resolume integration flash scripts. However neither the 2.3 nor the 2.4 distribution seems to have this file anymore 
The bars.fla file also does not come with the distribution.
