My comp requires me to have 128+ unique buttons, and I would like to have Midi outputs for every single one. Is there perhaps a third-party program that allows me to reprogram it to say let the bottom row of buttons switch Midi pages/banks or changing the channel the notes input?

There are third-party software's out there, try Bome midi translator pro for instance.
