midi controllers

hi am lookin for a midi controller something with assignable pads sliders and knobs all in one. have about 350euro to spend can anybody recommend something? thankyou in advance
I really like the Korg Microcontrol, and the M-Audio Trigger Finger

... of course, those are cheaper than euro 350.
