Prores4444 issue

So for the NYE countdown this year I made a 5min long animation.
My comp size is 5000x2290.
Rendering from after effects to mp4 or dxv was taking 14-16 hours. Using prores4444 because I needed the alpha with it on took 8-9 hours to render.
I know resolume will play prores4444 with no problems and it was playing it but everything was not pixel perfect for the screen layout and it was acting like the position and scale where not correct in random areas.
After enough updates and rerenders it was finally done with the last render on NYE morning..
I tested it first and still had the same issue as I described above. I was like oh well I can't fix it. I don't understand what is wrong. I used Adobe media encoder to convert to dxv as alley kept crashing at about 10%.
I put it back into resolume and tested it..... It was suddenly pixel perfect and everything lined up and matched perfectly.
I can send you the files but it is about 150gig of video files if I remember correctly.
But there is something wrong with how resolume is putting prores4444 video through the system.
Thanks.
