Hi all,
I have a time code data coming from 5pin Midi jack (image 2) no. 6 Midi out

I get the USB to Midi Cable (image 1)
The Resolume Arena read the data only in the preview page (Arena > Preferences > Midi)

When i trying to assign clip with it (shift+ctrl+m)
There's no data to assign like trying to assign button using APC Midi controller

How to use the 5pin Midi Data to time-code my visuals ?

What kind of data shows up in the monitor?

I'll record or screen shot it to you

The Note inputs should be mappable.
MTC, and program changes are not.

But, it doesn't look like the deivce is showing up in the midi devices list, pretty interesting.

Could you please send us the Resolume log file via the feedback tab in preferences?

Sometimes the device showing up in the midi devices list as (USB A) and sometimes not

Because the Time Code device it's near by me,
It will take time to send you the log,
But I'll do that quickly ASAP
