I've found the little button in Resolume 2.4 which sets the clip to go to the bpm but how do I set this automically by default on every clip?

hi alex,
if you right click a channel you will see the same bpm button.
If you hold down the 'shift' key when clicking this button all channels will be set to bpm mode. The 'shift' key works with all properties on channels.

and if you use the 'shift' key when modifieng layer settings it will also work for all layers.

hope this make sense, just try it.
