Resolume Forum

hi was wondering about keyframing. when i keyframe every frame when exporting out of premiere the vid comes back a bit jittery and not as smooth as when i dont keyframe. it exports the vid a lot quicker though . when i view the clip outside of resolume it seems fine though. any suggestions? thanx
