Ally to collect and convert an arena/avenue compostion

I've found myself trying out clips encoded in various formats while setting up shows, mp4/pro res etc, then collecting the ones I want to use into a folder with media manager. What would be lovely is to be able to recode any files that aren't dxv during that process and have them relinked in the composition
