I think someone mentioned it before, but;

Could we have thumbnails taken from middle of the anim?

I have quite a plenty of 'fade from black' beginnning clips and they its impossible to recognise them in deck.

I second that. Looking at a deck full of black channels can make it very difficult to remember where specific clips are located. Saying that it can produce some unexpected results which can be good sometimes, but more often than not it causes horrific mistakes when not paying full attention.
