VGA Dimmer

Hi there,
We wanna use Resolume for an upcoming project where we are going to run the output of 2 extra vga cards to different LCD screens. As we don't want to use any video mixer, I was wondering if there is something like a simple VGA dimmer which can be placed between the output of the VGA cards and the input of the LCD screens?
