VISION MIXER ADVICE

After some advice as to what is a good simple vision mixer, at reasonable price
Typical use would involve cutting between a camera, DVD player, resolume and perhaps another camera or VHS (i.e. 4 composite video sources)
Currently have a simple switcher box from Maplins which is OK, but the transitions when changing source are pretty untidy.
However, this box has a key advantage - you can view each source on a cue up TV as well as on the projector (it has 2 outputs, you can select any of the 4 sources on either of the 2 outputs)
So, what will enable me to have that cue up functionality and allow mixing of 4 (or even just 2) sources
