I think the "save" and "manage" items in the envelope menu should be at the top, not at the bottom.
If you already have plenty of saved envelopes, saving new ones involves a lot of unnecessary scrolling, and the experience gets increasingly worse as you save more!

Where on this, we also make sure the popup will have multiple columns.
