OK Resolume does DMX. Anybody tried to get the Signal output of resolume back in a flash file (possible?) Analyze some Pixels of the Video and Output them as RBG Dmx ?
->Always have your Ambient Lights in the same Colours your Content has. (For Clubs with many LEDs, Ambilight around the Screen etc)
Please help, cause im not a coder and id LOVE to use something like this.

i dont think there is anyway of sending data from resolume to flash, apart from the 4 flash variables and FFT.

so what you would have to do is make a flash file for each colour... and put it on the bottom layer as the background colour, and have it send DMX of that colour as well.

Don't forget that you can also control the RGB components of the back drop (ie the colour behind Layer 1) via DMX, so could run this the other way, tieing the back of the video to the LJ's output.

Thats too much work...and waht about video files ?
Im looking for a way of automation. Think abot he possibilities:
You have a video loop running and the rgb leds around the screen and in other Positions in the Club change in the same tempo / Colours.
I´m thinking about this way: analyze 4 / 8 or 16 pixels on each side of the Resolume output and output each pixel as rgb-dmx. then put around the screen 4/8 or 16 RGB Parcans that are adressed in the same way the pixels are analyzed = big Ambilight.
Is it possible to "capture" the output of resolume back in a flash file ?

I'm looking for this option too.
There is also another solution where you use another dmx controller in combination with sofware that reads out you screen pixels, and calculates an average fo every side of the screen:
google search dmx ambilight

I've watched the video's on the site, and then they use only one channel
So i think it has only one channel :(
