API No thumbnails when switch to another deck

Hello,
I'm facing an issue I haven't been able to solve.
When I switch from Deck1 to another Deck, no thumbnail is showing anything for the video clips (all DXV3). Only the internal sources/effects are showing up.
I've tried with various IP adresses (Local and network), with other ports, with my 2 MediaServers and with 2 laptops and the issue seems to be the same on every of them. The only identical thing is that I'm using the same show file. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. it is inconstant and unstable.
I'm using companion to trig my clips so it's anoying when every button gets black.
For my case, I'm pretty certain it is not related to Companion. Because even when companion is switched off, the same thing happens on the rest API webpage.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Is it a known issue ? What would be the solution to fix it ?
