registration and plugins problem

GAAAH!!!
so. Juice bar. . . it's saying my wishlist has 21 in it, but then the list has nothing in it. It's saying in the website profile section that no computers are registered, all the plugins i've bought are gone. What the hell is going on. . i have a deadline next week and this is all up the spout!!
