Record your promo with resolume (While listening to the sound from a cd player or something like that) and add the sound to the video using the premiere later.
it's supposed to be really easy to find the sync between the sound and the video.
Good luck.

Hey RTV when I have tried to use Resolume's record function the recorded video seems to be alot faster than the original mix I performed to audio, so the two dont sync up when imported into premier. I read somewhere on this forum it was because my harddrive was not quick enough to record in realtime and it was dropping frames. Did you find this or have you got a super hardcore harddrive setup? Any input would be appreciated.

the best way is to use one other computer, or laptop, with a video capture card, build in or usb.
so you can connect the video and the sound output separately and have
a record what is sync.
PS: and a little bit of cable connection, .... you know...

I had the same problem with dropped frames on a fast Raid-System, but after using the new Mjpeg-Codec
http://www.resolume.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=3169 its perfect, no such biiiig Files, a longer record time (up to 2Gigs, but a little compressed) and NO dropped Frames, same tempo.
But for Showreel Production and Live Recording I Always use a standanlone Harddrive Recorder or a Dv Cam connected to the Master out. Ok theres some Quality loss, but everything runs Stable and the Sound is always in Sync........

Yeah, agree with you. I use DV cam too and works like a charm
