window problem

My english is not verry good so I try to explain my problem
I've just installed resolume 2.4. After the installation resolume is starting buth nothing happend.
The program is started but I see nothing. Under in the taskbar resulme 2.4 show but on the screen nothing happend.
Does some one has a id?
