Does any one know a good software like resolume for adding/mixing logo, title and video from file on live projection.
which will support dual view, anim-GIF, jpeg, flash file etc.

Resolume does Support Dual Screen and everythig else you mentioned.

Software for live telecast without expensive hardware.
wich can be use as video mixer from file and live video input from composite tvtuner , title maker(like news title).
