When i try and open .mov files an error message pops up saying that coremultimedia.dll can't be found. it suggest that reinstalling might fix this, but it doesn't.
The files are m-jpegs and i've downloaded the picvideo codec and installed it, but its still not working...
any ideas,
thanks.

the picvideo codec is VFW (video for windows) only so that is not going to help with quicktime (.mov) files. Try installing the latest quicktime version from apple: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html

but please note that quicktime files do NOT give the best playback results in Resolume, if you can please use AVI files.
