we have a output coming from a ross switching into our Mac studio via decklink duo 2 and it has genlock going into I when I play back the source from resolume there is a delay between side screens and our video wall its a small delay but enough to be a problem is this just software delay or is there a way to have it all synced up?

Capture cards will always have a delay.
you can get an idea on what to expect here:

For the best latency, use a hardware video switcher.

Are you asking about the different delay between the video wall and the side screens?
Or are you asking about the latency of the video compared to the live picture in the Ross switcher?
Relative delay between screens will be down to the signal processing chains. If you have more devices in one signal chain than another then you will likely see the delay between the two.
As Zoltan said, any capture card will have some latency. There are ways to use live sources that are lower latency, but they will involve extra hardware and cost. The options you have will depend on what you're doing.
