every two to three weeks resolume looses all my decks. the information is still visable, you can open the decks in resolume, but none of the channels function. when you open a deck, even if it's set to "open on strat-up", you can see all the channels with the correct mpgs in every channel. but when you choose the channel nothing appears. any suggestions?

Is there any chance that you moved your fottage from / to another directory and / or renamed the directory containing those files?
I know this sounds stupid, but I already did it myself. In that case, Resolume will keep all deck´s thumbnails, but will not be able to find the fottage. You will have to step back or re create the decks.

along the same lines, if you are using an external hard drive, and have plugged in a new storage device since then (and before the external) the external could get assigned a different letter. This would cause the same issues
