i don't know if it is already possible or not. I like to keep my decks very well organised. Is it possible to move or copy the footage (with effects) from a deck to another deck, or on a different place in the same deck.

Apparently it's not possible. It would be cool to be able to drag and drop any footage from its slot into another one, with its effects.
it would also be excellent to move to another deck. So we can keep our decks organised and insert clips on a certain position in the deck. So i know that those clips alwas fit well toghetter, instead of adding clips in a different place and searching for it.

YES ! I hope that in the further Versions the whole File organisation ismore comfortable. There are several annoying things in editing decks.
-No moving around of clips (as you posted)
-replace clips without deleting the effect (nice to use the same effect on different clips)
-replace Files when moved to a different Folder/ HD (Search function like in Premiere or so)
-use not only the first frame for preview (Many flash files have only blank first frame)
-export decks with content for sharing
-use more than one effect on clip
-fast search function for clips/decks, perhaps with metatags
and so on.......

yes organizations is a miss on resolume

All this will be fixed with the next major version of resolume:

-No moving around of clips (as you posted)
-replace clips without deleting the effect (nice to use the same effect on different clips)

This however will have to wait for version 4 (maybe)

Way to cool.
Except for the version 4 thing. This means there will be a version 3. So version 4 won't be for the very near future.

Anyway, thanks that you're thinking about it. I'm sure that many of the resolume users will be very happy with such new features.
