Slow Arena performance when not connected to the internet

Hi all,
Intel i9-149000KF 3,2GHZ, RAM: 128GB, GPU: NVIDIA RTX4500 Ada 24GB, 2x BMD Decklink Duo 2 2k
Arena 7.22.9; license expired on 23/2/2025.
Arena is installed on the above workstation in a customer's studio and is connected to the studio's local LAN for remote operation and file transferring via OSC. For security policy, the sysadmin has the workstation's internet connections shutdown. Once in a while, the IT staff opens up the workstation's internet connection for Resolume to authenticate the license.
The problem is that while the internet connection is blocked by the IT team, Arena takes about a minute to open and is performing slowly. When so, whenever I click on the Preferences > Registration side bar tab, the tab takes maybe 1 or 2 minutes to display. Whenever the IT sysadmin opens up the internet connection for the workstation for license verification, the whole performance comes back to the regular status.
Any suggestions?
