[Win] Resolume on 2nd display follows scaling of main display?

For a two-monitor windows setup -- a built in laptop screen plus an external 4K monitor, Resolume Avenue seems to respond to the scaling factor of the main display regardless of which display it is on. The output is disabled and not relevant to this discussion. We're only talking about the Resolume UI window.

If the external monitor is the secondary display (windows default), the scaling setting on the secondary display won't have any effect on Resolume. But windows, notices Resolume is not reacting, will scale Resolume to a larger size to match the scaling setting, so at first glance it seems to be working. However if you look at Resolume carefully everything is blurry due to bitmap scaling. Also if you set (in windows) Resolume.exe properties > compatibility > high DPI settings > high DPI scaling override to Application, it would disable windows bitmap scaling and then it would be obvious by Resolume's window size which scaling setting it is responding or not responding to.

Is this a bug?

Did you log out and back in to your windows user account after changing the scaling, with Resolume closed?

I just tried. The result is the same.

I did a quick test and it seems resolume alley and wire has the same behavior -- not responding to the windows scaling setting if run on a second monitor. It's as if the programmer assumes there is one global scaling factor that applies to all displays when actually each display has its own scaling factor.

All other types of windows I happen to have on my desktop respond to the scaling adjustment immediately and correctly: Notepad, chrome browser, windows explorer. No need to quit or log off.

Ok, Windows itself says that apps might need to be restarted when changing scaling.
With scales set up, and only changing the main display, so Resolume starts up on a specific display, I see a very slight blur, moving the window to a 175% scaling display.
We'll see what we can do about that.
