compatible hardware for analogue video input.

My dear resolume Experts!
I would like to use some VJing Software in the following scenario: The VJ is on stage and uses a laptop to perform. He gets two live video feeds, one from stage, one from the sound engineers position at his mixer behind the crowd.
I guess it would be the easiest to transmit an analogue video signal wireless from the engineer to stage. I guess as well, that some videocams with simple analogue video outs would be a affordable solution. The signal should be easily transmitted with some generic analogue video transponder, especialy because high end/high res video is not really required. Any Video feed will do.
My question:
What kind of hardware is known to work to get the asumed analogue signal into resolume? Will some generic USB analogue TV Card do? Are there any models that actually work?
Or is this entire proposal wrong? Is there any other option to achieve the described scenario? Suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
