Resolume Forum

I've been using Resolume from my laptop for a while now and just recently began having this problem...
upon opening the program the laptop screen changes resolution and goes black, same with S-video feed...
am unable to recover the screen and am forced to power off if unable to blind navigate the Task Manger successfully...
weird thing is that if I initialize Resolume w/o the S-video/2nd monitor active I'm able to see the interface at full 1680x1050 res/file browse/mix video...

I've tried un/reinstalling all of my codecs, tried un/reinstalling Resolume, and even tried a new video driver to no avail...
short of doing a complete reinstall any suggestions???

system specs:
Inspiron E1505
Windows XP
Intel Core 2 Duo T7200 2Ghz
2 Gigs RAM
ATI Radeon X1400

have u allready tryed to reinstall your directx? I had similiar startup crash and than i realised that my directx is broken.

Windoze updates killed the old direct X install I guess???
