While the current system is alright, I always find myself going through at least 16 decks a night. Here are a few suggestions for the next revision of resolume:


The ability to search for files and decks would be huge (have them indexed would be a must to keep performance up)

The ability to group decks into sets and load the entire set

The ability to "pre-fetch" thumbnails of clips in a directory (to be used in both the decks and the file browser). What I mean is have resolume generate and save the thumbnails before a performance

This one is really easy but would be an enormous help; Putting a line between every 20 clips that show up in the file browser. It would speed up the process of creating decks soooo much

i think if you make a section and then dubble click on it it loads the first 8 decks in the section (folder), might help with the sets.

i know i prob go through about 50-100 decks a gig if not more
