Hi,

I know it's quite a big discusion allready happening, but maybe someone allready has the answer for it?

I installed win xp and resolume on my macbook (the newest one black) and I need the output, ofcourse. I know that it's imposible to get s-video output (or maybe allready posible?).

Maybe someone knows is it possible to get a VGA output (using apple mini-DVI to VGA adapter)? And if it is possible to get s-video putting two of them: mini-DVI to VGA plus VGA to s-video.

Big thanks!

Get a scan converter--will convert VGA to composite or S video. I've been running Res 2.41 on a MBP and love it. The SC I have now cost about 50 USD, is USB powered, and does a good job, so far. It does not appear that there will be Bootcamp support for the DVI to S-video cable that Apple makes, although i could be wrong.

well, thanks. i know about good news with mbp, but the problem is that i have only mb without p : )

but, i decided to play in the other way, i'll try something new for me - modul8 and/or vdmx - good opportunity for experimentation.

we will see if these experiments will hold me away from resolume for a long time : )

Can confirm this. You have to upgrade your video drivers (MBP only). It's all written down in a topic on the forum of vjcentral. Works like a charm now under bootcamp XP.

Couldn't find the option for overscan yet, so if anyone can help me out on that one.....
