Why did u guys choose the name "RESOLUME" for this beautifull piece of software? did you consider other options? which where the names that got to the final? was there sudden death? flip coins?

How's it pronounced then?
I was saying Res-O-Loom-a (like a Frenchman) when I met another VJ who said Res-olume, rhyming it with volume.
Please help, I don't want to be the mispronouncing VJ guy.

We pronounce resolume like volume. But there is no right or wrong way!

Heh, I myself didn't know how to correctly pronounce Resolume, but I was shy to ask somebody :) Now, that you've asked it's no longer a mystery for me.

Why I chose Resolume? I've been running Arkaos VJ for pretty long and I must say that it's a really good program - some things that could be included are mising, but it's ok.
One day a friend of mine came to my house and I was showing him some of my gig pictures. He saw I was using Arkaos and almost freaked out :)

Since then Resolume is the only program I use and would ever use. I downloaded some freeframe effects and pluged them in.. Sooooooo nice!

P.S. Maybe my english is a little bad, but I'm still learning you know ;)
