I use UC16, works good, but sometimes dont react correctly, the problem is to get zero value for example, also spaces among knobs are very small... would condider to buy some other model if I would go shop now...

We use the evolution uc16 too. And I agree with cman. We bought it because we didn't have any budget yet and resolume needs midi-control. Did I gig last night, and it was hot! The knobs slipped everywhere (swetty hands

. they are to small, but then again good for starters. Something about not reacting correctly is due the overlay settings. Some overlay settings don't have slider control. changing the setting of a knob affects is such an overlay mode will end-up in strange results (incorrect ofset) when changing back to a slider controller overlay setting.
Perhaps you should ease on the booze cman during gigs,

well... overlay settings... I use also Keyfax Phatboy and there is no such problem - also JekkylMcHyde from VJo forum have same troubles with UC16...
Phatboy has short durability of knobs... Doepfer Pocket Control looks reliably but is expensive... On the other hand work in Resolume with controller and without it is something absolutely different, so I wouldnt be scared to invest
