running under wine?

I am currently running Linux Mint (an Ubuntu distribution) and was wondering if anyone had any experience running Resolume under Wine?
I tried 2.41 but it basically failed to do anything other than fall over.
I can get the current Beta to install and launch under Wine, but the cursor doesn't work
