Marking Clips in/out....Best midi controller for Avenue...

First of all, can I just say this software is looking really nice! It's exactly what I've been looking for, for live performance.
Just a couple of things...
1. How do you mark in and out on the clips like you could on the old Resolume
2. Which midi controller is reccommended for Resolume Avenue? I have the React Controller, designed for the old Resolume but the interface has changed now!
