Audio Scrubbing.

For those of you that don' know you need this function for scratching Video clips with sound.
A clip need's to be assigned to the timeline to be scratched, but this wont work if the clip is accompanied by audio. When you drag on the timeline with your mouse the audio is partially effected, but when midi is assigned to the timeline no control of the audio occurs, in fact there is no control over audio scrubbing at all at present.
I know you guy's are working on scratching algorythms at the momen't though, so how's this going? One solution would be to use an Audio VST plugin, something that will process the audio seperatly, have any of you found any VST that might be suitable yet? Pinky Plugo perhaps?
