resolume not loading SWF files

Hi
I can't seem to load SWF files with resolume 2.41, it says that the file can't be loaded, but the swf version is correct (flash 6) and the variables seem to be OK, moreover, it doesn't even play the files that are included with the demo.
any ideas here?
