Audio Popping/Jitter

hey edwin & bart!
Resolume Avenue has been really shaping up to be an awesome program...my congratulations and thanks! I've been having lots of fun exploring its capabilities(the 3D effect generators are wicked). However, I am having a problem with the audio...it will randomly pop or even stutter...seems more pronounced when there are other video layers playing or while changing/setting up other files in a deck. The current system I am testing on is an AMD Phenom X4 9850, WinXP Pro, 2GB ram, SB X-Fi, ATI Radeon X1950 512Mb. Are there any general rules of thumb for the audio buffer settings in Avenue? Has anyone else been noticing this?
