PC to another PC resolume layer connect

Hi All, I have 2 PC, and want to connect one to other, and use it like a layer. I have Pinnacle DAZZLE Video creator platinum, when i connect one pc to another with this device, "DVC170" shown in the pugins library, but no image when i'm dropped it to layer, can i solve this problem?
