Any way to export plugin presets?

Is there any way to export the presets that I set up so that I can share them with others? I went into the plugin folder, but only saw the .dll files.
If this were possible, we could start to build a library of presets.
Big thanks to syzygy for all the great plugins.

On the mac your presets are stored here:
/Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Resolume Avenue 3/presets/
On PC here:
/Documents and Settings/[username]/Application Data/Resolume Avenue 3/presets/
The presets are stored in one xml file for each plugin.

Thanks for the tip
On my Vista system the filepath is
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Resolume Avenue 3\presets\vfx
please note: the folder AppData is hidden, and you need to go to Tools/Folder Options/view/show hidden files and folders
